CLIMATE IS A GLOBAL ISSUE REQUIRING A GLOBAL RESPONSE.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Defending strictly national interests, the rulers of nations are not ready to establish common rules making it possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the level required by the IPCC. Whatever our nationality or our beliefs, we are embarked on the same boat and must make common cause instead of engaging in trade or military wars. These rearguard battles no longer need to be. On the contrary, the future of humanity requires close international cooperation for the rescue of our terrestrial habitat. Eager not to remain passive while waiting for the end of the world, various pro-climate actors are initiating a dynamic of convergence around a rescue plan of global scope. Called the Global Climate Pact (PCM), this outline of a common program initiated within civil society in relay with students and high school students Fridays for Future will help in the governance of global issues of common interest, foremost among which is the weather. An essential commitment to help regenerate the planet and continue the human adventure with dignity.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Subject to corporate dominance and to pressure of powerfull lobbies in every field of activity, the G20 governments boost unequal and unsustainable growth requiring at least three planets.
